Because these deliverables are provided electronically and are accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: You paid for a plan but did not receive the promised deliverables within the stated timeframe.
- Technical defect: The delivered code or widget is fundamentally broken and cannot be used for its intended purpose, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount or charged more than once for the same order.
Refunds will not be issued for:
